This is a perfect Chateau French decorative box to store jewelry, trinkets or make up.
The lovely box has a Marie Antoinette Watteau lithograph on the lid under glass.

The box has a time aged gilt finish, some decorative damage on the front but fine elsewhere but still displays beautifully. The box is hinged and has a lot of decorative charm!

The inner lid has a mirror and the compartments are glass lined-all in wonderful condition.
